Terms and Conditions

This legal contract is between DigitAllure Hub, referred to as the “Developer,” and the “Client,” outlining the terms of service for the design, development, or construction of a website. By using or purchasing our services, you agree to the terms specified herein.

Acceptance of Terms

Clients may accept these terms without signing a formal agreement. Acceptance of a quote, payment of a deposit, or use of our services constitutes full understanding and agreement to these terms and conditions.

Prices on the DigitAllure Hub Website

All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice and are for informational purposes only. DigitAllure Hub is not obligated to honor listed prices for your project. For accurate pricing, request a free quote via our website or by contacting us at +92329-7533754. Promotional discounts are non-combinable.

Charges

Work begins upon receipt of a down payment. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the website goes live unless stated otherwise in writing. Hosting and domain registration fees are billed annually or monthly, as applicable, and must be paid promptly.

Payments

All payments are non-refundable due to the nature of our services.
Payments must be completed within five business days of the invoice due date.
Failure to pay on time may result in project suspension. Pending invoices must be cleared before work resumes.

Project on Hold

Clients may request to put a project on hold for up to six months. Any outstanding balances must still be paid. DigitAllure Hub disclaims responsibility for technological changes during the hold period that might impact the project.

Web Design Scope

Standard design includes a sitemap, one wireframe, a homepage, one internal page, and up to three design revisions. Additional revisions or features exceeding two hours of work are billed at £75/hour ($100/hour).

Client Delays & Penalties

If a client delays payments, content delivery, or approvals for more than seven business days, any agreed-upon penalty clauses will be nullified. Additional charges may apply for delays that result in extra costs to the Developer.

Regular Rates

Standard hourly rate: £75 ($100).
Monthly rate for hosting and server upkeep: £1,800 ($2,400) (based on 8 hours/day).

Client Responsibility for Content

Clients must provide all required information and content within the agreed timeframe. Failure to do so may result in additional charges or delays. DigitAllure Hub reserves the right to charge a fee for delays caused by missing information.

Automatic Renewal

All subscriptions, including hosting, domains, SEO, and SMM services, will automatically renew unless the Client requests cancellation at least 15 business days before renewal. Post-renewal, full payment for the next term is required. Services may be discontinued for non-payment after 30 days.

Deployment

Deployment timelines exclude delays caused by content requests, revisions, or approvals. Once the code is deployed, or a milestone is approved, payments are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Services

All services provided by DigitAllure Hub are non-refundable. While we aim for client satisfaction, we do not guarantee results beyond reasonable expectations. Projects are marked “completed” after three months unless stated otherwise.

Data Security

DigitAllure Hub ensures secure handling of online and offline data. Payments are processed through trusted third-party providers, with encryption and security measures in place.

Indemnity

Clients agree to use our services lawfully and to indemnify DigitAllure Hub against any claims arising from misuse.

Third-Party Approvals

DigitAllure Hub is not responsible for securing third-party approvals, including app store submissions or government permissions.

Copyright

Clients must obtain proper permissions for copyrighted materials used in their projects. DigitAllure Hub will require proof of permissions before commencing work.

SEO Results

DigitAllure Hub guarantees SEO results within the top 30 Google search results for agreed keywords. If unsuccessful, clients are entitled to a 75% refund of their SEO payment. No other placement guarantees are provided.

Browser Compatibility

We optimize websites for the latest versions of Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Windows, macOS, and Linux. Additional charges may apply for specific browser versions or advanced features like retina optimization.

Referral Reward Program

Clients who refer others may receive cash or an iPhone 11 (64GB) as a reward, provided the referred client makes their first payment. Maximum reward value: £520 ($500).

Abusive Language Policy

Clients must maintain respectful communication with DigitAllure Hub staff. Abusive behavior may result in project termination. Outstanding payments and penalties remain due in such cases.
